The City; the color of grey as a progressive statement
I'm loving it...grey is the color of the new season...I always thought of grey as a suit color. I can get the transformation of Black...Black is so many things..My son thinks its the color of Hollywood...Oh yeah like Hollywood invented the Black mystique....I don't think so. Black is associated with death,, mystery, answering the eccentric with hidden personalities that come out at their will...so covering up with Black or extending Black as a characteristic of your wardrobe gives you the fashion edge in some circles....But grey....who knows what to do with it.we know its going to be big...but how are we going to get people to wear it...My favorite outfit was a grey silk organza shirt with bold white pinstripes and ruffled neck. The pants wre fully lined Hammer pants....Wow it was hot....But, who can wear that...The Bold and Confident can wear grey. On facebook, I mentioned that I am painting my kitchen a silver grey...I haven't seen it....I'll let you know....I think I may redo the cabinets with a dark silver grey....sounds kind of nice....I'm feeling....background....non attention, subtle sophisticate....OK...its HOT!!
